Teresa Stephens joined WNADA in October 2023 as Public Affairs Officer. She brings extensive experience in brand management, content development, public relations, and neighborhood development. Prior to her current role at WNADA, Teresa led the Neighborhood Development and Outreach department in the development division of Baltimore City Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). In this role, she worked to stimulate Baltimore City’s development market by providing purchasing opportunities to developers, homebuyers, and investors through the City’s nationally recognized Vacants to Value program.
