The WNADA Grants Manual was created to help facilitate a simple and transparent grant process by providing guidance for interested applicants on eligibility, the application process, the review process, and post-award requirements. 

This Grants Manual establishes “best practices” policies and procedures for the application for, acceptance of, and disbursement of State grant and loan funding.   

The WNADA Grants Manual delineates an overview of the minimum requirements for the programmatic and financial operations of grants and subgrants awarded by the West North Avenue Development Authority. It is intended as the resource for grant program managers as they administer and manage their respective grant and subgrant programs.
