RFQ Introduction

WNADA is issuing and Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide HUD Certified Housing Counseling Services, Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance to Coppin State University, MICA, WNADA and other Maryland State government employees, with offices in Baltimore City, along with employees of Druid Heights CDC, Coppin Heights CDC, Greater Mondawmin Coordinating Council and the Black Arts District  to live within the 21216 and 21217 Zip Codes (of the WNADA Target Area and Buffer Zone.)

The contracted HUD-certified housing counseling agency is expected to receive a minimum $500,000 grant, including at least $75,000 for operational support and funding for 17 down payment assistance grants of $25,000 per household in the 21216 and 21217 regions.

Awardees will submit a detailed plan describing marketing, programming processes, policies, and procedures that incorporate WNADA guidelines for eligibility and other requirements.
